Thanks to Block Scientific, I was able to procure the re-certified Bayer DCA 2000+ without hassles and get the lab back in operation. The device works perfectly and I look forward to doing more business with Block Scientific.

Heroin (diacetylmorphine) rapidly metabolizes to 6-acetylmorphine (6-AM or 6-monoacetylmorphine), morphine, and 3-monoacetylmorphine. 6-AM metabolizes to morphine at a slower rate and its presence in urine confirms the use of heroin.1
Administration: Intravenous, insufflation, and oral.
Elimination: 6-AM is rapidly eliminated and excreted into the urine and the detection window is less than 24 hours.
Abuse Potential: Heroin is a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act. It has a high potential for abuse and no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the U.S. Heroin is highly addictive and tolerance develops with regular use.
