Order Status
Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to log in and check your order’s status.

Status messages include:

  • Ordered: Your order has been received and we will begin processing shortly. At this stage, you still might be able to edit or cancel the order if necessary.
  • Processing: Your order is currently in progress and can no longer be edited or cancelled.
  • Shipped: We have shipped your ordered item(s). You will receive the tracking details via email momentarily.
  • Delivered: We have delivered the product(s) to the shipping address specified in your order.
  • Unable to deliver: We have attempted to deliver your order to the destination address, however delivery has failed and the order has been returned. Contact Block Scientific customer service for assistance or to get a refund.
  • Cancelled: The order has been cancelled. Your order may get cancelled due to either payment issues or shortage of products. An email will be sent that explains the reason for the cancellation.
How do I edit or cancel an item in my order?

Log in to "My Account" and then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during the "Ordered" status.

How do I track my order?

Once the items have shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification via email with the carrier information, estimated delivery date, and a tracking number. Sign in to "My Account" and use this tracking number to track your order.

My order never arrived. What is the reason?

In the "My Account" link where you can track your order status, confirm that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

What if an item or some parts of the equipment is missing from my shipment?

If an item that you ordered hasn’t arrived or if some parts of the equipment are missing, there is a chance that your order may have been shipped in multiple packages and your items may still be in transit. Check your order status by logging in to "My Account" and verify if there are additional packages still in transit.

If your order is not split into multiple shipments, you can request for a refund or replacement online. In this “Return” page, choose the reason as “missing parts” and opt for a “Replacement”. Read our Return Policy for more details.

If you still cannot locate a missing part or item, or if the delivered order is incorrect and you need assistance, please contact Block Scientific customer service.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We will let you know of the estimated arrival time of these items through email.
