FACScan is a 5-parameter flow cytometer for data acquisition. You can operate this device easily, with or without help from the core personnel. This complete system having a fixed 488nm Argon laser and three-colour detection capabilities, features 300nm - 1100 nm forward scatter, real-time histograms, dot-plots, Pluse ht., side scatter using Brewster beam splitter, FL1-FL2 and FL2-FL3 compensation, and more. Further, the BD FACScan can store 10K cells/sample at 120 samples per hour.
